MK Photography is ready for an amazing season this fall and I’m so excited to see the many families I work with again! MKP Mini and Full sessions almost always sell out, so be sure to check your calendar and grab a spot! :) See below for details on my 2023 family mini and full sessions. Sessions are located in the western suburbs of Chicago including Oakbrook, Elmhurst, Wheaton, Hinsdale and more.
2023 MKP Mini Session Details
25 minute sessions
Location to be determined by photographer based on weather/best choice for fall color (local western suburb locations)
Weekend availability
Price: $450
Includes 3 digital files and $25 print credit.
Full gallery upgrade available as a pre-purchase at a reduced rate + a bonus $100 print credit. (upgrades will be sold at full price after gallery review).
2023 MKP DELUXE (1 hour) Session Details
60 minute sessions
Location (greater Chicagoland) is up to you! Includes consultation to determine the best location fit for your family and wardrobe consult.
Weekend and weekday availability.
Price: $850
Includes 10 digital files and $100 print credit.
Full gallery/additional digital file upgrades available.
WHAT a PRINT CREDIT CAN GET YOU
The new MKP store is filled with some of my favorite ways to display your images. Everything is hand-picked by me from my favorite, trusted labs. All items are beautiful and unique. From textured fine art prints to wall art, you’re sure to find something that fits within your included print credit and budget. I have included a print credit so everyone can try it out my store to print an image or two to see the amazing quality of heirloom prints from a quality lab.
Wall Art
From beautiful heirloom canvases hand-crafted in Italy, to high definition display-ready gallery boards, there are wall art options that are like nothing you have seen or felt before. Starts at $55.
Fine-Art Deckled Edge Prints
Cotton rag bright white prints with hand torn deckled edges, brilliant colors and contrasts. These special artistic prints give your images pictorial depth that will last for generations. Available in a variety of sizes. Starts at $50.
Lay Flat Albums
8"x8" and 10”x10”. Printed on professional photo paper with a semi gloss finish. These handcrafted albums lay flat, creased down the center to ensure an uninterrupted view of each spread. Available in a variety of covers including linen, suede and velvet.

Fine Art Prints
Fine art Prints are not your everyday prints! These archival prints feature substantial thickness and weight and gorgeous texture for a tactile feel. Printed on smooth matte hot press 100% cotton paper (330gsm) with an extra smooth surface and museum grade quality. Starts at $15

How will I see my images after my session?
I will be sending you a gallery link to view your images. When you receive your gallery link, you will be able to watch a slideshow with all of your images. At that point, you will be able to decide if you would like to purchase more images.
Do I have to pre-purchase the full gallery upgrade at the time of booking?
Nope! To book, all that is required is $450 (minis) or a 50% retainer (1 hour sessions) . Mini sessions include 3 digital images and $25 print credit. Deluxe sessions include 10 digitals and a $100 print credit. After reviewing your online gallery, you will be given the opportunity to upgrade your package/purchase more images. If you choose to pre-purchase the mini session upgrade, you will save $50 and receive a $100 print credit to use in my new online store.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate on my session day? I will be in touch! In the event of inclement weather, Sessions are usually called 3-4 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Regarding rescheduling, I am always very flexible. I also ask my families to remain reasonably flexible. For the many years I have been doing this, I’ve never had a problem finding an alternative date that works for both parties. Please note that sessions will only be rescheduled due to extreme wind, rain, or overly cold conditions (below 35 degrees) - all which make beautiful imagery difficult to achieve. My goal is to deliver beautiful images to your family. All that being said, this is Chicago ;) , so please dress accordingly for the weather! :-)
What type of products are included in the new MKP online store?
All products are hand-picked by me and feature items in many price points. I’ve only included my favorite labs which I know and trust. You can find things like albums, prints, hand torn prints, glass display boxes, mounted prints ready for framing, cards, canvas and more.
